When customers upload or enter personal data into the Gover platform, they act as the data controller and Tekve acts as their data processor with respect to such data. In these cases, the customer’s own privacy notice applies in addition to this one.

We process personal data only when there is a legal basis under GDPR. The main purposes and legal grounds are:
4.1. Providing and improving the Services
- Creating and managing user account
- Delivering the Gover platform and customer support
- Configuring and operating integrations
- Ensuring the security, availability and performance of the Services
- Developing and improving our Services and user experience
